In order to ensure we accept only top applicants, all Home Instead Senior Home Health Caregivers in Myrtle Beach undergo a thorough screening process with a national background check, reference checks, and drug testing. Home Instead Senior Care CareGivers are fully bonded and insured and take part in our exclusive multi-phase training program. We also conduct quality assurance visits to make sure all client needs are being met, such as effective communication and documentation. For example, client journals are one of the valuable tools we use to provide Home Instead Senior Care CAREGivers and client families with important client information and a record of daily activities.
