At the push of the waterproof button you can call a LifeAid representative who is ready to provide responsive helpful service any time of the day or night.

LifeAid provides 24-hour access to help without having to get to a telephone. A LifeAid Care Specialist will immediately notify emergency services and the friends and family members on your contact list.

If you are on your own or care about someone who is, medical alert monitoring is the solution that provides security, peace of mind, and independence.

How it works:

1. A LifeAid customer presses their ‘Help Button’

2. A LifeAid Care Specialist immediately addresses the need. A second Care Specialist calls EMS

3. EMS is contacted and immediately dispatched. The Care Specialist will stay on the line until help arrives.
